David Zuidema Inc. is the real estate inspection expert of Septic and Cesspool Tanks and Systems, for both buyers and sellers.

We have well-trained, professional septic inspectors that, during a septic inspection, will open up the tank, check the baffles and the sewage flow from the structure. Also, if necessary, we will perform a volume water test on the system. We will evaluate the condition of the top and lids on the tank and inspect the structure for cracks or leaks.

We provide a detailed report for each inspection performed. This report will include preliminary information, the condition of the treatment tank, dosing system, conveyance system, absorption area and any accessory components. Included are comments on findings and recommendations for any necessary repairs to the system.

Complete tank pumping and camera work is also available on all inspections. Our State License Number is 2991 and our Sanitation License Number is B0258.
